Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First time pregnant during advanced age, although she has multiparity. 2. Gestational age between 13-18 weeks. 3. Complete laboratory I screening. 4. Complete chromosome screening or prenatal diagnosis. 5. No other medical conditions, high risk of chromosome screening, chromosome abnormality, and obstetric complications before they attend the study. 6. Having a smartphone, they can use the MAMA application and the LINE application. 7. Ability to read, speak, and write in Thai. 8. They are willing to participate in this study and have a phone number to contact. (It can be a relative, husband, family, or friend's cell phone or home phone)
