Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with primary OA knee based on clinical criteria of ACR 2 Patients have been experiencing knee pain due to OA knee for over 3 months 3 Kellgren and Lawrence (KL) grade 2-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Planned Knee replacement surgery 2 Previous oral SYSADOA within 3 months 3 Previous intra-articular knee injections within 6 months 4 Inflammatory arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis , systemic lupus erythematosus ) 5 Known allergy to hyaluronan products , diacerein
