Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years. Able to sit, stand, and walk both before and after the surgery. Patients whose surgeon considers it appropriate to wear or not wear a lumbar support device. Willing to participate in the project by signing consent. Able to communicate and understand the Thai language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with unstable vital signs. Patients with a waist circumference greater than 46 inches. Patients with skin conditions on the torso area in contact with the device. Patients with contraindications to movement.
