Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years. Able to sit, stand, and walk both before and after the surgery. Patients whose surgeon considers it appropriate to wear or not wear a lumbar support device. Willing to participate in the project by signing consent. Able to communicate and understand the Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with unstable vital signs. Patients with a waist circumference greater than 46 inches. Patients with skin conditions on the torso area in contact with the device. Patients with contraindications to movement.

Five Times Sit to Stand Test (FTSTS) At early postoperative period, approximately 48 hours after surgery and prior to hospital discharge Tool to evaluate lower limb strength and mobility; measured in seconds.,Visual Analog Scale (VAS) At early postoperative period, approximately 48 hours after surgery and prior to hospital discharge Tool to assess pain intensity during different postures and activities.
