15 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent kidney transplantation aged between 15 and 60 years. 2. Patients with chronic kidney failure who underwent kidney transplantation between October 2024 and December 2027 at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital. 3. Received kidney donations from living donors or deceased donors diagnosed with brain death, with donor age ranging from 15 to 60 years. 4. Provided informed consent and signed the consent form to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received a transplanted kidney with more than one transplant renal artery (multiple transplant renal arteries) 2. Patients who received a transplanted kidney with more than one ureter (double collecting urinary system) 3. Acute graft rejection occurring after kidney transplantation 4. Patients diagnosed with urinary tract infection (UTI) within 3 days after surgery 5. Patients with a Foley catheter in place for more than 7 days 6. Patients who underwent nephrectomy before ureteric stent removal 7. Urine leakage at the ureteroneocystostomy anastomosis site confirmed by biochemical tests 8. The transplanted kidney has hydronephrosis or kidney stones 9. Patients with ileal conduit or continent urinary diversions
