Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-60 yr 2. Duration of Diabetes diagnosis more than five years 3. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with HbA1C level greater than 6.5% and BMI less than 30 4. Patients attended to diabetic clinic at least one times 5. Loss foot sensation which assessed by using a 5.07 monofilament at least one site 6. Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood glucose levels exceed 250 mg/dL or below 80 mg/dL 2. Major limb amputation of one or both lower extremities 3. Presence of contraindications and precautions for exercise 4. Diagnosed with severe cardiovascular and pulmonary disease by Internists 5. Absolute contraindications for exercise included with DVT, severe heart disease, cancer disease, and uncontrolled blood pressure at resting exceeding 180/110 mmHg, 6. Other contraindications included with spinal stenosis 7. Presence with severe infected foot ulcers 8. Inability to standing and ambulation
