Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Workers exposed to a noise exposure level exceeding 85 dB(A) time-weighted average of 8 hours or deemed high risk by the mill manager and had an annual audiometry test done in the year 2024. 2. Workers with a duration of employment of at least 6 months 3. Workers and mill managers who are willing to participate and give consent. 4. Workers able to read and understand either Malay or English language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Workers who have been diagnosed by a medical practitioner to have pre-existing hearing disorders due to other factors such as ear infections, sustained injuries that would have directly affected their hearing conditions, had been treated for tuberculosis or had undergone treatment with any ototoxic drugs.
