60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. starting age of 60 year 2. Intertrochanteric fracture that were managed with Cephalomedullary nail and femoral neck fracture that were managed with bipolar hemiarthroplasty after 3 months post operatively. 3. Low Energy Fracture 4. Independent walk 5. BMI 18.5 to 24.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormalities in the brain such as, stroke, Parkinson disease, or weakness 2. Pathological fracture 3. The patient has pain score >4 in the hip, knee and ankle 4. Fractures associated with multiple trauma 5. Femoral neck fractures that were managed beside bipolar hemiarthroplasty. 6. Intertrochanteric fracture that were managed beside Cephalomedullary nail 7. Knee osteoarthritis with Kellgren Lawrence score of 2 or more
