Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older 2. Indicated for endotracheal intubation 3. Receiving emergency care at Aranyaprathet Hospital and willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in the study 2. Age below 18 years 3. Anticipated difficult airway, including: -Mallampati score >= 3 - Swelling in the airway or neck (e.g., Angioedema, Ludwig's angina) - Anatomical abnormalities affecting airway management (e.g., maxillofacial trauma) - Upper airway obstruction (e.g., blood, vomitus, or foreign body in mouth/throat) - History of difficult airway - Restricted neck mobility (e.g., cervical spine immobilization) 4. Contraindicated to Etomidate use (e.g. known allergy or adrenal insufficiency) 5. Patients who refuse intubation 6. Pregnant 7. Breastfeeding women
