Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were 1.Chiang Mai University students aged between 20 and 35 years 2.Had a score of more than 5 on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) 3.Had a device that could be used to answer the questionnaire, such as a mobile phone, tablet, computer, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included 1. Having a chronic disease that required treatment or taking continuous medical medication 2. Using other products to help with sleep during the study, such as using herbs or supplements, 3. Having a history of allergies to essential oils, pollens, or ingredients in the formula 4. Being pregnant or breastfeeding.
