Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First time to appointed to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. 2. Patient can listen, speak, read and write in Thai language. 3. Patients/caregiver who have smartphone for application LINE and scan QR code. 4. Patients undergoing cbd stone. 5. Patients are 60 years and above who have not cognitive impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have a history of cancer who are active therapy with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and operative. 2. Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorder such as anxiety, depression or personality disorder. 3. Patients had disability function such as partial or full physically disabled.
