Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with skeletal class III deformity 2) Age ranges from 18 to 34 years old 3) ASA class I and II according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Concomitant genioplasty, anterior subapical osteotomy or body osteotomy 2) History of neurological dysfunction due to IAN injury 3) Previous orthognathic surgery 4) Craniofacial syndromic condition with severe facial asymmetry 5) Pathologic condition of mandible 6) Patients with communication difficulties such as foreigner, blindness, deafness
