Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: o Clinical trials, randomized controlled trials, and observational studies examining the effects of PEMF therapy on muscle strength or rehabilitation. o Participants aged 18 years and older undergoing rehabilitation after training or injury. o Studies that assessed muscle strength outcomes using objective measures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Studies focused solely on animal models or in vitro experiments. o Research articles lacking a control group or randomization. o Reviews, editorials, or opinion pieces that did not present original research data.
