18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) University personnel both academic and support staff 2) University personnel both male and female 3) University personnel aged 18-59 years 4) Having BMI greater than 25 kg/m2 classified as obese (based on modified Asian criteria) 5) No taking any medication or supplements causing weight loss 6) No history of serious clinical problems in the last six months 7) No comorbidities or health conditions that are exercise restrictions 8) No pregnant or lactating 9) use their own an iOS or Android smartphone 10) Willing to engage in the IIMBS program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) have major illnesses; 2) less than 70% compliance to the intervention; 3) tools or device is not ready after joining the program; such as mobile phone damaged or lost; 4) personnel transferred to other government agencies or cannot participate in the program until completely of the research study.
