Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with difficulty swallowing in the oropharyngeal stages from all causes who came for treatment at Srinagarind Hospital were selected based on the following inclusion criteria: -Aged 18 years and older -Able to communicate -Able to read or understand information with assistance from another person if needed -No dementia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Having symptoms that meet the criteria for emergency patients, including difficulty breathing, chest pain, choking or airway obstruction, seizures, loss of consciousness/unresponsiveness, and emergency psychiatric conditions. - Having abnormal vital signs, including: - SBP < 90 mmHg - MAP < 65 mmHg - RR > 22 breaths per minute - HR > 100 beats per minute - SpO2 < 92% on room air
