18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hyponatremia (Na 115 - 134 mmol/L) 2.Age > 18 3. History taking and Physical examination of Euvolemia 4. UOsm > 100 mOsm/kg 5. Blood exam + urine sample availablity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypotension BP < 90/60 2.Active heart diseases 3.Cirrhosis CTP B or with ascites 4.Respiratory failure with mechanical support 5.AKI > stage 1 or CKDG3b (GFR < 45) 6.Heart or kidney or liver transplant 7.Abnormal TFT or Adrenal insufficiency
