18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients with a single-digit trigger finger are between 18 and 65 years old 2) Patients undergoing open A1 pulley release surgery at Siriraj Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Recurrent trigger finger in a previously operated finger 2) Diagnosed with an inflammatory joint disease 3) Congenital trigger finger 4) Osteoarthritis joint disease in the affected finger 5) Unable to perform motion analysis 6) History of fracture or tendon injury in the affected finger 7) Finger deformity or fixed flexion contracture not consistent with trigger finger 8) Diagnosed with ipsilateral carpal tunnel syndrome
