18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 80 years old 2. Diagnosed with De quervains tenosynovitis Finkelstein maneuver and Eichhoff maneuver 3. No history of Corticosteroid injection at 1st extensor compartment 4. Willing to join research after fully understand research protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to Triamcinolone acetonide 2. Previous corticosteroid injection as treatment for De quervains tenosynovitis 3. Previous surgery for 1st extensor compartment release 4. Symptom persist more than 6 months 5. Scar or skin lesion over the wrist on radial side 6. CMC arthritis 7. Disability of the same extremity 8. Deformity of wrist on same side 9. History of distal end radius fracture on the same side
