Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study were: 1) Both men and women aged 40 to 60 years. 2) Participants who had frozen or stiff shoulders for at least two months. 3) Patients diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for the study were: 1) Having a dislocated shoulder. 2) Having shoulder arthritis. 3) Having a fracture within the last 12 weeks.
