Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time stroke patients, aged 20-70 years, with Thai as their primary language and a minimum of 6 years of education (starting from Year 1 of primary school). 2. No visual or hearing impairments affecting assessment and therapy. 3. No right hemisphere brain pathology. 4. Diagnosed with Broca's aphasia by SLPs using the Thai adaptation of Western Aphasia Battery (WAB). 5. Able to cooperate during therapy without emotional disturbances affecting participation. 6. Has a committed Thai caregiver, aged 20-60 years, literate, who can assist with home practice for at least 30 minutes, four days per week, over eight weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving speech therapy at other hospitals during the study. 2. Presence of medical conditions such as heart disease, epilepsy, or dementia. 3. Inability to maintain the prescribed frequency or duration of home practice or failure to follow therapy instructions provided by the speech-language therapist.
