Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy Thai volunteers and PD patients, aged over 50 years, from January to October 2024.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinson disease H&Y stage 4-5 2. Healthy volunteers unable to perceive normal n-butanol threshold 3. Healthy volunteers with hypothyroidism 4. Healthy volunteers with history of radiation at head and neck 5. Healthy volunteers with neurological disease 5. Incapability to complete the tests
