Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both genders aged 18 years and older 2. Patients who have undergone laparoscopic gallbladder surgery more than one year ago
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with gallbladder cancer 2. Patients whose surgical incision at the umbilicus has not healed for more than 6 weeks 3. Patients with a previous surgical incision at the umbilicus from other surgeries 4. Patients with cognitive impairment or developmental/intellectual disabilities 5. Patients with communication disorders, such as deafness or mutism 6. Patients who do not communicate in Thai 7. Patients with disabilities or handicaps 8. Patients with psychiatric problems
