Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 years and older, both males and females 2. Medically stable condition and vital signs stable for at least 48 hours 3. Has problems using hands in self-care activities 4. MoCA assessment score greater than 22 points (7) 5. Muscle strength from Manual Muscle test >1 6. Able to communicate in Thai language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Has hearing problems, from moderate hearing loss and above, according to the Disability Diagnosis and Assessment Manual per the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security's Announcement on Types and Criteria of Disabilities (No. 2) 2555 B.E. (2012) History of injury or other conditions related to hand and finger movement Abnormal perception of person, time, and place Has psychiatric disorders or dementia
