EMLA 2g topical application every 6 hourly for total of 48 hours,Neomycin cream 0.5% applied 2g as topical application every 6 hourly for total of 48 hours

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient selection must meet daycare selection criteria* 2. Patient need to know how to use mobile device 3. Patient must be able to read and write

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with allergy to lignocaine prilocaine,neomycin and NSAID 2. Patient with G6PD 3. Illiterate patient and not able to use mobile device 4. Patient with limited mental capacity 5. Patient underwent complex hernia repair procedure 6. Known Immunocompromised patient
