Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be aged 60 or older. 2. Participants must have sleep quality issues, with scores over 5 on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). 3. Participants must not be enrolled in any therapy programs that could affect the study outcomes. 4. Participants must not have severe health conditions, such as heart disease or uncontrolled diabetes, that hinder activity participation. 5. Participants must understand and follow instructions for both online and onsite art therapy sessions. 6. Participation must be voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to participate in the entire research project 2. Severe exacerbation of symptoms, unable to participate in the activity 3. Request to withdraw from the research
