18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18 years and above 2. singleton pregnancy 3. Gestational age 24 weeks and above 4. diagnosed with gestational diabetes and received diet control treatment at least 2 months before participating in the study 5. no other obstetric and medical complications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with underlying diseases or abnormal conditions before and during pregnancy, such as high blood pressure, high blood pressure during pregnancy, heart disease, blood disease, thyroid disorders, psychosis, or severe morning sickness, etc.
