Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Register Nurses working in primary care unit in Mahasarakham province. 2. Nurse having more than 1 years of work experience in primary care unit. 3. Nurse have not received competency training in post stroke care. 4. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are unable to participate in 80% of the program.
