Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 years old 2.confirm diagnosis of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peptic/duodenal ulcer,gastrointestinal bleeding , malabsorption , gastrointestinal cancer 2.history of gastrintestinal surgery 3.patient with adverse effect of probiotics 4.pregnancy or lactating woman 4.caution with probiotic e.g.immunocompromise, prosthetic heart valves, impaired intestine function, central venous catheter, jejunostomy, broad-spectrum antimicrobials and poorly control diabetes mellitus 5. Caution to omeprazole , antacid
