Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal nasal examination via anterior rhinoscopy, 2. No severe depression (PHQ-9 score < 14), 3. No cognitive impairment (MMSE-Thai 2002), 4. Ability to detect n-butanol at 0.06663 mmol/L (ages 21-50) or 0.59963 mmol/L (ages 51+)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with smell or taste impairment, 2. Sinonasal disease, 3. Neurological disease, 4. Common cold symptoms 1 wk before, 5. Psychiatric patients, 6. History of traumatic brain injury or Maxillofacial injury, 7. History of radiation at Head and neck 8. Hypothyroidism, 9. Active smokers
