Children undergoing Elective Daycare Surgery Paediatric surgery, TIVA, Propofol and ketamine.

patients will receive ketamine bolus @ 0.5 mg/kg and infusion @ 0.25 mg/kg/hr and propofol-TCI set at plasma target value of 3-5 mcg/ml to maintain BIS between 40-60. ,patient will receive normal sa

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 1-12 years 2. ASA physical status I and II. 3. Patients undergoing infra umbilical day care surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents or guardians refusal 2. ASA III and more 3. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to the drugs in study 4. Difficult IV access or refusal to IV cannulation while being awake. 5. Any developmental delay or neuropsychiatric illness 6. Congenital heart disease or coagulation disorders.
