18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18-60 who are hospitalized and have been diagnosed by a physician with minor head injury. 2) Patients have a Glasgow Coma Score between 13-15 points. 3) Patients have at least 1 symptom following a concussion, assessed using The Rivermead Post Concussion Symptom Questionnaire (RPQ). 4) Patients have no history of head injury or brain surgery prior to this injury. 5) Before the injury, patients were employed and had an income. 6) Patients have a phone that can be used for communication to monitor symptoms or schedule appointments, and can download informative applications. 7) Patients can speak, listen, read, and write in Thai.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other severe system injuries, ISS Score > 15 points 2) Patients with color blindness or blindness 3) Patients who have previously been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or dementia before the injury 4) Patients who have a history of chronic alcoholism or use of psychoactive substances that affect the nervous system of any kind 5) Patients with alcohol withdrawal syndrome (Alcohol withdrawal)
