Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20 years and older, who give birth at Siriraj Hospital and seek contraception counseling during the postpartum period, from delivery until eight weeks after childbirth, at the Family Planning and Reproductive Health Unit, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital. 2. Thai nationality 3. Able to read, listen, and write in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to the use of long-acting reversible contraception (LARCs) according to the World Health Organization's guidelines for selecting contraceptive methods. 2. male or female recieving permanent contraceptive method 3. stillbirth in index pregnancy
