Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First ever stroke. 2. The age between 18 and 70 years. 3. Normal cognitive function. 4. Ability to communicate in Thai. 5. Absence of depression (Patient Health Questionnaire-9: PHQ-9 < 10). 6. Medically stable condition. 7. Access to a smartphone or computer with internet connectivity 8. Along with available caregiver support.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe spasticity. 2. Joint contractures. 3. Recurrent stroke. 4. Severe arm or hand pain (Numeric Rating Scale: NRS > 7). 5. Severe unilateral neglect. 6. Treatments include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS), or acupuncture. 7. Participants' adherence to the rehabilitation program of less than 24 sessions out of 30 (hours).
