The trampoline training last 30 minutes three times a week for eight weeks.Moderate intensity exercise: 60%-80% of maximum heart rate.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)A formal diagnosis of ASD confirmed by a physician 2)Diagnose with mild to moderate level of ASD 3)Male and female autistic children between the ages of 9 and 14 years 4)The ability to follow verbal instructions 5)The ability to participate a 30mins exercise sessions three times a week for 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pre-existing neck issues, such as cervical spine abnormalities, herniated discs, or history of neck trauma.Conditions affecting joints such as arthritis or those who have recently undergone joint surgery recently sustained fractures or other musculoskeletal injuries.Children with pre-existing neck problems or cervical spine issues. 2)Children with cardiovascular conditions or heart disorders. 3)Children with epilepsy or seizure disorders. 4)Children with a history of bleeding disorder. 5)Children with exercise-induced asthma
