Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the undergraduate students from the selected faculties in UPM, Serdang offering degree holders are as follows: (1) First-year undergraduate students, who registered for the current academic session (2) Malaysian citizen. (3) Malay ethnicity. (4) Full-time students.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Undergraduate students self-report with a previous history and/or current diagnosis of mental problems, or under medical/psychiatric follow-up. (2) Student who has no access to the internet.
