Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 65 years old, 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of I - III, 3. Undergoing elective abdominal pelvic surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication to epidural anesthesia, 2. Allergic history to any of the study drugs, 3. Obesity, 4. Uncontrolled hypertension, 5. Child class C cirrhosis, 6. Renal insufficiency requiring renal replacement therapy, 7. Second and third degree atrioventricular block, 8. Comorbidities known to increase the risk of PONV, 9. Chronic pain requiring preoperative opioid use, 10. Use of antiemetics, glucocorticoid or psychotropic drugs within 24 hours preoperatively
