Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.AKI or ESKD 2.Placement of new non-tunneled hemodialysis catheters
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known allergy to mangosteen 2. Undergoing CRRT 3.Colonization with drug-resistant organisms 4.Currently receiving antibiotic treatment
