20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Working-age adults aged 20-60 years 2.Residing in Erawan District, Loei Province 3.Ability to communicate in Thai language 4.Voluntarily willing to participate in the research 5.No history of severe psychiatric illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Relocation outside the study area during the research period 2.Presence of severe psychiatric symptoms that prevent participation in research activities 3.Withdrawal from the research study

Suicide Rate 12 months (following randomization) Primary Outcome - Suicide Rate: Number of completed suicides per 100,000 population over 12-month follow-up, verified through hospital records, police reports, and community reports.
