Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for school-age children with NS will be: 1. Having a diagnosis of primary NS by a physician, 2. Having a history of disease relapse more than or equal to 2 times since the start of treatment, 3. Receiving a steroid drug only, or if receiving a combination of immunosuppressants and steroids, the duration of the drug use should not exceed 6 months, 4. Having an eGFR of at least 90 ml per min per 1.73 square meter, 5. Able to communicate, read, and write in Thai, 6. Having family caregivers who live in the same household, 7. In case family caregivers are not the parents, parents sign a parental research consent form for permission for their school-age children with NS to participate in the study. The school-age children with NS are willing to participate. The inclusion criteria for family caregivers will be: 1. Aged between 20 and 65 years, 2. Living in the same household as a school-age child with NS, 3. Able to communicate, read, and write in Thai, 4. Proficient in using a smartphone and Line applications and able to readily access the internet, 5. In case family caregivers are not the parents, parents sign a parental research consent form for permission for their school-age children with NS to participate in the study. The family caregivers are willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for school-age children with NS will be: 1. Having severe complications associated with NS, including severe infection, AKI, and ESRD as the paediatric physician's diagnosis, 2. Unstable vital signs are based on the PALS guideline 2023 reference range (United Medical Education, 2024) or the paediatric physician's investigation, 3. Having a history of renal replacement therapy and kidney transplants. The exclusion criteria for family caregivers will be: 1. Having mental health problems as a physician diagnosis, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and dementia, 2. For family caregiver aged more than or equal to 60 years, having cognitive impairment as indicated by a score of less than or equal to 23 points in the Thai Mini Mental State (TMSE)
