19 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The body and joints are able to move normally. 2. The body mass index (BMI) ranges from 18.5 to 22.9 kg/m2. 3. Exercises 0-2 times per week. 4. No chronic illnesses or underlying disease 5. Not currently on any medication for chronic conditions. 6. Has never undergone surgery or sustained a serious injury to the leg (muscles, joints, or ligaments).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in the research. 2. An unforeseen event occurs with the research participant, preventing continued participation in the research, such as illness or injury during the testing, and making it impossible to collect the study results. 3. Withdrawal of consent to continue participation in the research.
