Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 1: Pregnant Women at Risk of Developing Hypertensive Disorders During Pregnancy who meet the following eligibility criteria: Age: 18 years or older Nationality: Thai Gestational Age: Between 20 and 28 weeks of pregnancy Technology Experience: Prior experience using technology such as the internet, mobile applications, or social media Access to Technology: Owns a smartphone and has internet access Mental Health Status: No history of psychological disorders such as depression or bipolar disorder Substance Use and Infections: No history of substance abuse or sexually transmitted infections (STIs) Phase 2: Selection of Participants from Phase 1 Pregnant Women: Those who used the 4P Care program throughout the study and gave birth at Siriraj Hospital. Healthcare Professionals: Primary nurses (case managers) involved in providing care through the 4P Care system. Head nurses or administrative nurses managing the 4P Care system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from the study if they meet any of the following conditions: Discontinuation of Program Usage: Pregnant women who fail to use the 4P Care program for more than one week during the study period. Newly Diagnosed Mental Health Issues: Pregnant women who develop mental health conditions such as depression or bipolar disorder while participating in the study.
