Inclusion criteria: 1 age>18 years 2 primary Chronic Rhinosinusitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 sinonasal tumor 2 post radiation 3 post nasal surgery unrelated to sinusitis 4 unable to read Thai not willing to involve in study
