Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient was confirm diagnosis of lateral epicondylitis based on tenderness at lateral epicondyle, pain with resisted wrist extension), full range of motion at elbow and wrist), no neurologic symptoms. 2. Persistent pain more than 6 months with or without conservative treatment. 3. Negative findings for fracture and arthritis of elbow on radiographs. 4. Age more than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. underlying disease : rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthropathy. 2. patient with history of steroid use. 3. infectious around elbow. 4. systemic infection. 5. Elbow instability.

PRTEE score (Patient rated tennis elbow evaluation score). at pre-operative treatment, 1 month postoperatively, 3 months postoperatively, 6 months postoperatively, and 1 year postoperatively. Questionnaire, content/case record form : Patient-Rated Tennis Elbow Evaluation (PRTEE).
