Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adolescences with intellectual disability 2. age 14-21 years 3. normal vision 4. normal hearing 5. understand and follow instruction 6. normal blood pressure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. joint stiffness 2. seizure within 1 year 3. underwent surgery of the lower extremities or spine 4. limited movement of the arms and legs
