20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Personnel of Phrapokklao Hospital 2. aged 20-60 years 3. high or severe stress levels assessed by Suanprung Stress Test-20 (SPST - 20) 4. able to communicate in Thai 5. willingly participated in the project 6. agreed to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who regularly practice mindfulness or meditation therapy 2. have a psychiatric disorder or are being treated for a psychiatric disorder, are depressed or are being treated for depression 3. regularly drink alcohol or use drugs 4. who are in other research projects.
