18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. participants to have a maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) greater than 40 ml/kg/min, 2. between 2 and 5 years of Taekwondo training experience, 3. a training volume of 9 to 15 hours per week, 4. collegiate competition experience, and 5. low habitual caffeine intake (<150 mg/day).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. had a history of clinical diseases, 2. had musculoskeletal disorders, 3. had adverse reactions to caffeine, or 4. had medication use in the three months preceding the study.
