18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women aged 18 - 45 years, Gestational age > 37 weeks 2. class II, III of American Society of Anesthesiologists 3. elective cesarean section 8.30 - 12.00 am 4. selected spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre - pregnancy BMI > 35 kg/m2 2. Contraindications for spinal anesthesia 3. Underlying disease, namely Gastrointestinal disease, middle ear disease, Coagulopathy, Thrombocytopenia 4. Allergy to ginger, local anesthetic drug, opioid, ondansetron 5. Current smoking 6. Addiction to alcohol or other substances 7. Receiving antinausea or antivomiting drugs in the 24 hours before the surgery 8. Receiving anticoagulants 9. History of cardiac surgery, biliary surgery, upper gastrointestinal surgery 10. History of postoperative nausea and vomiting or motion sickness
