Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 10 years and older 2. Diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (Age 10 years - 17 years 11 months at the time of diagnosis) 3. Main curve Cobb angle 40 degrees and greater (with and without the intention to receive surgical treatment) 4. Surgical waitlisting time of 6 months and more 5. Risser stage 3 or higher 6. Provided signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical correction 2. Current use of scoliosis brace 3. Cardiovascular or respiratory symptoms
