Conduct a study to assess the validation of the Modified Thai Frailty Index in predicting mortality predict all-cause mortality and outcomes in the older patients who are admitted to the Internal Medicine Department at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital. Interventions

Hospitalized patients aged 60 years and above with an exclusion of the terminal cancer patients who have received palliative care from the beginning.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients aged 60 years and above 2.The patients who are admitted to the Internal Medicine Department for inpatient treatment at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, covering both emergency patients and those with scheduled hospital stays.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The terminal cancer patient who has been receiving palliative care since the beginning.
