Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients aged 60 and above. 2.The patients are prescribed a regular diet by the doctor. 3.The patients consume less than 50% of the served hospital meal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cognitive impairment or those with altered levels of consciousness. 2.Patients with difficulties in chewing, biting, swallowing, or experiencing oral pain. 3.Patients with underlying conditions that increase the risk of aspiration. 4.Patients with a history of food allergies. Patients whose doctor has ordered them to consume only hospital-provided food or has restricted their daily fluid intake.
