Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with a sellar or suprasellar tumor before the age of 18 and tumor type confirmed by histopathological examination, 2) Completed treatment with surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy at least 12 months prior, 3) Clinically stable condition, 4) BMI between 10 to 30 kg per m2, 5) Underwent pituitary hormone assessment post-treatment, including thyroid function tests, ACTH stimulation test, IGF1, FSH, LH, testosterone (for males) or estradiol (for females), and serum sodium/osmolality and urine osmolality for diabetes insipidus diagnosis, 6) Regular follow-up at Endocrine Clinic, Khon Kaen University Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Incomplete medical records, 2) Diagnosis of pituitary microadenoma (tumor size <10 mm), 3) History of hepatitis B or C infection, 4) History of other chronic liver diseases or biliary obstruction disorders, such as inherited metabolic liver diseases, autoimmune hepatitis, or portal vein thrombosis, 5) Drug-induced hepatitis (excluding statins, gemfibrozil, and fibrates) with AST or ALT >60 IU/L in the past 4 months, 6) AST or ALT more than 200 IU/L, 7) Pregnancy, 8) Conditions affecting FibroScan accuracy or CAP/LSM reliability, including pacemaker implantation, congestive heart failure, ascites, or cholestatic jaundice from any cause, 9) Acute symptoms from tumor progression, 10) Male participants consuming more than 30 g of alcohol per day or female participants consuming more than 20 g per day
